NEW VENUE FROM OCTOBER!!! SAME FORMAT
Thank you to the Hair and Hound on Queens Road, Hastings for letting us host our singing circle in their lovely space.
FIRST MONDAY OF EACH MONTH. There is a licensed bar as well as tea and coffee available. 7pm doors open for 3 x 45 minutes sets of singing with breaks in between starting at 730pm.
It's completely acoustic. Singers are invited to sing a song from their folk or original repertoire. Singers are encouraged to sing unaccompanied or to accompany themselves with their chosen instrument (please bring your own acoustic instrument). No amps or electric instruments please. This event is very much all about the voice and solo singing or close harmony with one or two others. This is a really supportive, listening environment. We go around the room and take turns to sing, listen and be heard. Everyone is welcome. Please note there is no piano at this venue. Looking forward to singing with you all.
