Singaporean Hawker Dishes – Chef Toon - Cooking Class

On the menu tonight:

- Laksa Prawns in Coconut Broth: This hearty Southeast Asian noodle soup is sweet, spicy and vibrant, with a tropical creaminess from coconut milk, perfect one pot dish for a cold night.
- Hainanese Chicken Rice: Hainanese chicken rice is a dish of poached chicken and seasoned rice, that gets it’s unique flavor from the chicken cooking juices. Served with chilli sauce and cucumber garnishes. It was created by immigrants from Hainan in southern China, and is now a very popular street food in Singapore!
- Sea Coconut, Mango and Tapioca pearls with Coconut Milk and Palm Sugar. Discover Sea coconut, fruit of the Palmyra palm, which is indeed quite surprising in taste and texture compared to our most know coconut, in a topical and refreshing easy dessert!

$109+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
