The newly revamped DBS Singapore Gallery presents "Singapore Stories: Pathways and Detours in Art". The exhibition brings together the layered, ever-changing stories of Singapore’s art history, encouraging us to consider: Whose story is this? Where is home? What is new? Who is looking? What is art for?
To mark the opening of the first part of "Singapore Stories", we invite you to join co-curator Teo Hui Min for a tour of the exhibition’s highlights, followed by a conversation about some of the considerations behind developing this new display of Singapore art. Join us in discovering how artists engaged with social and national concerns while forging new pathways and strategies in medium and expression.
*This programme is free for exhibition ticket holders. You will be directed to purchase an admission ticket to the exhibition.
** Gallery Insiders should email [email protected] directly to sign up for the tour.
