Dear friends
This is the first session, where we would like to extend the invite for the day to those who have family and children and want to come meet like minded folks. Those who have offered to help with activities such as face painting, taco bar (we can help you find volunteers) , lighting setup, lasers etc - please let me know by pm and we can coordinate. Please come along and join us even if you've not got family and children to bring - it would be nice to connect with like minded folks. Please let me know how many are in your group so we can plan for that capacity.
I'll post another event for the second part of the day - which will have more of a grown up theme.
