Sing-in! Songs of Solidarity for ICE Defense
About this Event
Join us for a powerful sing-in that lifts voices and spirits to protect our communities from ICE and the rise of authoritarianism.
This gathering will be an open space to learn and share songs that we all can bring directly to actions in support and defense of our immigrant neighbors facing attacks by ICE. Come to practice how to both teach and lead songs in your own communities.
No prior singing experience singing or songleading is needed.
Let’s make some noise and spread the love through music! Bring your voice and your energy or just come to soak up the good vibes and stand together. Feel free to invite friends, organizers and community members who might want to sing out ICE with us.
Hosted by: Judson Memorial Church; Kairos Center for Religions, Rights and Social Justice; Songs in the Key of Resistance (SKOR); and Singing Resistance NYC.
