Sing & Sip returns to the Waterfront Tavern 🎤🥂After 3 sold out shows in 2023, Sing and Sip is back with not one, but four spectacular events kicking off this March!
Our four events will be held on the first Wednesday of each season!

Guided by the talented Trish Delaney Brown, Head of Vocals at Wollongong Conservatorium of Music, you’ll navigate the notes of well-known classics. Trish’s expertise ensures a fun-filled evening, ending in a group performance that will leave you with a song in your heart and a smile on your face.
Start your night with a delicious meal at the Bistro or a casual drink at the bar, then join us at 7pm in the Whale Bar for the main event. 🍽️🍸
