FREE | ALL AGES THE ILLIAC features Sinfonia da Camera, the in-residence professional chamber orchestra at Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, internationally acclaimed jazz musician and composer Marquis Hill, and Brazilian drum ensemble Bloco Gavião. All community members are invited to enjoy this free performance, under the summer evening sky in historic Hessel Park. Bring a picnic, or purchase food onsite from food trucks. Art Mart will be on site to serve select wines and beers for patrons to enjoy.
Partners of the event include Champaign Park District, PYGMALION, College of Fine + Applied Arts at the University of Illinois, and Busey Bank.
