Join me for a relaxing flow along the river as we enjoy the beautiful Florida sunset. I will be guiding a gentle yoga session that is beginner friendly. Focusing on the breath, alignment in the body, and relaxing the mind. Allowing stresses to melt away bringing self awareness and inner peace to get you through the rest of your week. Every class ends with a guided meditation and vibrational sound. *This is a donation based class*
