Cornmeal crusted catfish
Collard greens, mac & cheese, corn bread
Lathered with honey butter, honey and mama reds hot sauce
All items will be available à la carte until she runs out. Take-out will be available.
We have seating indoors and outdoors, depending on the weather.
For many years Steve played music with Richie Stearns at Chef Sam's restaurant Simply Red in Trumansburg, at Sheldrake Point Winery and at Red Newt Cellars.
For this special night she is bringing her recipes and Steve will play the string-band music that he loves!
