We warmly welcome you for an uplifting kirtan evening and one day retreat, guided by Ganga Ma from The Netherlands. On Friday evening we will fill the beautiful private yoga studio of Andrée Margue with our voices chanting ecstatic kirtan and mantra.
On Saturday we will retreat a full day for an inspiring exploration of the yoga of surrender (bhakti yoga) and non-duality through inquiry, voice, stillness, breath, and movement. We will chant meditative sanskrit mantras, practice gentle breathing meditation, meditative asana and free movement.
I will also share some practices from the non-dual therapy studies that I have completed recently.
All practices invite us into deeper surrender and bring us closer to the knowing of the unchanging reality of who you truly are.
You will gain more insight in what it is that veils this truth for us. Letting go of the habit to change, understand and label our moment to moment experience and begin resting more and more in the profound simplicity of this unfiltered moment.
Effortlessness, silence, surrender, spontaneity, and deep listening are key qualities in this practice. In meditation are not reaching for certain states, a still mind or open heart, but rest in the Simplicity and Intimacy of this moment just as it is. The deep penetration of this moment is the gateless gate.
You can come to both meetings or to one only.

About Ganga Ma
Whether | practice asana, chant a devotional prayer or paint a yantra, the invitation I feel is always the same: to surrender and return to the effortless, sacred flow of Life.
Singing kirtan is an inspiring way to give expression to our love and longing for the Divine. Mantra takes us beyond the mind and points to That which ultimately has no name or form in a direct and experiential way.
Exploration through the body and breath, in gentle asana and free movement can give us a sweet taste of our true nature.
A yearning to keep deepening my own experience brings me to Rishikesh and Tiruvannamalai in India often. Here I share kirtan and find inspiration in the wisdom and love of my teacher and holy pilgrim places. I am a certified yoga teacher and non-dual coach.
You can listen to my mantra albums 'Cave of the Heart' and 'Bliss of Being' on Spotify.
I look forward to meeting you,
with Joy,
Ganga Ma
