In this second session of our series, we will focus on the 'Healing' aspect within our community. We will be led in conversation by Cat H. Bradley (Healing Artist), and Dani Darling (Singer-Songwriter, Artist, Neutral Zone).
Are you a BIPOC business owner seeking different way to connect with your community? Then get ready to engage with BIPOC creatives to hear their approach to staying connected in the community!
Our conversations will focus primarily around Black, but also BIPOC topics/issues; inviting and engaging local creatives to share their talents, methods, and knowledge while also providing networking opportunities for all attendees.
cat is a healing artist raised in ann arbor, mi and made in brooklyn, ny. her work centers on embodiment--on the alignment, authenticity and wholeness of be-ing that comes from the integration of the body with the spirit, mind, and heart. her background, study, and practice are somatic (body + energy centered) and include yoga, reiki, breath, meditation, tantra, sensuality, spiritual teaching and coaching, creative nurturance, and spoken word and poetry. cat is thrilled to be back in the midwest weaving her soul magic on and with and for the ground that grew her.
Dani is an award nominated singer, guitarist, songwriter, and producer who performs with her indie soul band Dani Darling. She is also an identical triplet, single mother, certified astrologer, and a Multiple Sclerosis survivor. Dani mentors youth at the Neutral Zone, a nonprofit in Ann Arbor Michigan, and continues to spread music with a new focus on resilience.
