Guilherme will guide you through a tasting of premium caviar and fish roe, showing you how to taste like the experts and recognise the subtle differences between each variety.

Attendees will taste a selection of champagne in this stand-up cocktail event.

A former co‑founder of Ultimo Wine Centre—long considered one of Sydney’s leading independent wine retailers—Jon has extensive experience across retail, importing, wholesale and consulting, and has sourced wines throughout Europe and Australia. He continues to support trade clients through strategic wine and business consulting.
