Welcome to the Simmer Pot Workshop
In this class, we will utilize tools, herbs, and more to create a fall simmer pot. As the days grow shorter and the veil grows thinner, it is a good idea to make simmer pots, whether for protection or abundance. There are many ways to achieve this. We will also discuss what each ingredient means and how we utilize it in the pot. After making it, we will all add our bay leaves and let it simmer and flow!
