About the Camp

SIMBAA Youth Camp (Students In Motion Building African Awareness) is an exciting weeklong cultural enrichment experience designed to inspire, educate, and empower youth through Black history, African heritage, creativity, leadership, wellness, and community engagement.

This immersive camp introduces young people to the beauty, brilliance, and contributions of African and African American people while helping them develop confidence, character, leadership skills, and lifelong friendships.

Through hands-on activities, storytelling, arts, music, games, educational field trips, and interactive learning, participants will discover the power of knowing their roots while building the knowledge, discipline, and confidence needed to become tomorrow's leaders.

Camp space is limited. Completing a registration application does not guarantee acceptance. If space is available and your child is selected to participate, you will be notified by email or phone with registration confirmation and additional camp information.
The cost of the week long camp is $50.
