SilverSummit Healthplan & The Just One Project to Hold Free Pop-Up Farmers

Free fruits and vegetables will be given out until supplies last. SilverSummit Healthplan and The Just One Project’s Free Pop-Up Farmers Market is an immersive, no-cost shopping experience that will travel to underserved areas across southern Nevada, providing free fruits and vegetables to families. In addition, the free Community Health Fair event will also feature The Just One Project’s “The Sweet Spot” mobile nutrition van, several raffle prizes and giveaways, including bicycles, gas cards, baby cribs and more, while supplies last. Attendees will also enjoy entertainment, lunch, activities, and games for children. Several health agencies and nonprofit organizations will be on hand to provide immunizations and COVID-19 vaccinations; health and wellness screenings, such as blood pressure and cholesterol checks; and general health information booths – all free of charge.
