Learn to Kayak from SilverFinn Kayaking is Thursday, May 28 from 6 to 7:30 PM at Silver Lake in North St. Paul. Participants will learn basic kayaking skills on land before getting into a kayak on calm water to practice and build confidence. No experience needed. Cost is $40 per person; ages 12 and up.SilverFinn Kayaking offers programs for beginner and recreational paddlers. Kayaks, life jackets, and waterproof case for accessories included. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to sign waivers and select equipment. Instruction and safety guidance provided on-site. Wear shoes that can get wet. Dress in layers. Bring water, bug spray and a flashlight. Registration deadline is one week prior to class.
