Kentucky Derby and Star Wars-themed cocktails, made with Silver Tree spirits served all day long! Will Glasik, from Silver Tree, will join us at 4:00pm. He'll be pouring samples of their spirits and we'll be pouring one of their cocktail creations--that features Curtis Orchard apple cider--from the tap. Come out and support local!

All of the grain used for their spirits are grown by the Glasik brothers on Cow Creek Farm, a 5th generation, organic, family farm located right down the road in Paxton, IL.
