Class Description: Class begins with balance, stability, and mobility exercises to prepare the body for cardio and strength training in a group atmosphere. This class is for all levels with modifications and progressions provided. Chairs are always available. Class ends with breathing and stretching exercises for a feel-good cool down that leaves you ready to tackle the day.
MUST HAVE A SILVER SNEAKERS CARD/NUMBER. $3 per class otherwise.
