Join us for a classic film at RFC’s Silver Screenings! This month, there's 2 chances to see this Technicolor musical on the big screen. See it at 10:30 a.m. with lunch provided by Abby Singer's Bistro, or catch the encore screening at 7 p.m.Sing, dance, and fall in love in New York City with Gene Kelly, Frank Sinatra, and Jules Munshin while they spend 24 hours ON THE TOWN at RFC's Silver Screening.
Fun-loving sailors Gabey, Chip, and Ozzie are on shore leave in wonderful New York City, and with only 24 hours to see the sights, they want to make every second count. In Technicolor with with music composed by Leonard Bernstein. Musical/Romance, 1949, 1h 38m, NR.
The 10:30 a.m. screening will be held in Theater 1, RFC’s 124-seat capacity theater, followed by a luncheon in RFC’s upstairs events space. *Lunch tickets must be purchased by 3 p.m. the day before the event (Oct. 20).
The 7 p.m. screening will be held in Theater 2, RFC’s 45-seat capacity theater.
