Join me for a calming morning sound bath, where you willl be immersed in the soothing sounds of gongs, crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments.
Step away from the busyness of everyday life, get cosy beneath a blanket and allow yourself an hour to simply be.
There is nowhere else you need to be and nothing expected of you, just time to rest, recharge and enjoy a peaceful start to your Sunday.
Whether you are joining me for the first time or returning for another relaxing morning, you'll be warmly welcomed into a calm and supportive space.
What to bring:
● A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
● A blanket and cosy layers
● A cushion or pillow for extra comfort
