Next Bistro is hosting Silver OakTuesday, September 23.
We will be joined by Shawn Safir, VP of Sales from Silver Oak. He will discuss the wines, answer your questions, and tell you about some of the history of Silver Oak and Twomey. The evening will include 6 delicious wines, including a very special library selection of Twomey's beautiful 2014 Merlot, all paired with dishes prepared by Chef Ying and the staff at Next Bistro.
