What is a Sound Bath?
Immerse yourself in a meditative journey of harmonious frequencies. Guided by experienced sound healers, you’ll be enveloped in waves of resonance from crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other vibrational instruments—designed to help you release tension and balance your energy.
The Experience
Each Sound Bath creates a sacred space for rest, reflection, and renewal. Our team of sound practitioners and energy workers will guide you through an intentional experience that encourages grounding, openness, and deep relaxation. Whether this is your first time or you’re a returning participant, you’re invited to come as you are and sink fully into the experience.
What to Bring
Comfortable clothing
Yoga mat or something soft to lie on
Blankets, pillows, or an eye mask—whatever helps you relax
Crystals, journals, or other personal items if you wish
Water bottle
An open mind and willingness to receive
