Mondays 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM
January 5th - February 23rd
In this 8 week series, we will perform a choreographed aerial dance performance to music with those past beginner level and are comfortable moving about, inverting and doing tricks in their hammock. Get ready to have fun, LOTS of laughs, physically & mentally strengthen the body in completely new ways, & meet some amazing friends!
A 8 week course is designed for students to uniformly advance together. If any poses don't agree with your body, no sweat! Everything is adaptable :)
students have taken 3-5 intro to cirque or silk hammock drop in classes and feels comfortable climbing and inverting in the air!
