�75-minute workshop. $45 per person.
�PRE-REQ: Some Aerial Fitness experience is required. Regressions and progressions provided. Beginner-friendly.
�This Silk & Pole workshop will teach participants how to incorporate both the hammock and the pole for fluid moves and seamless transitions. Participants will learn how to flow on the hammock attached to the pole for super-fun, beautiful, dynamic tricks and sequences.
�WHAT TO WEAR: Bring leggings or tights to prevent aerial hammock fabric burns.
