Silicon Valley Asian Women Leadership Forum

Asian Immigrants helped build and develop Silicon Valley. Often, people focus more on the Asian tech workforce because Asians significantly contribute to Silicon Valley’s tech workforce. Over the past ten years, apart from the Male-dominated industries, Asian Women have emerged from the shadows and significantly impacted Silicon Valley. They are Fortune 500 executives, professors, governors, researchers, CPAs, lawyers, and business owners in various fields in Silicon Valley.

Organized by the Post-Pandemic Leadership Research Institute, the 2024 Silicon Valley Asian Women Leadership Roundtable Forum invites 12 Asian women leaders from 12 fields in Silicon Valley, including government, research, finance, IT, property management, restaurant, photography, project management, personal services, sales management, accounting, and author. These 12 diverse women, born in Asia and now thriving in the U.S., will share their unique leadership journeys and achievements. Their stories are a testament to the power of resilience and determination.
