Join Jaime for this 2HR Silent Yin Workshop! There will be minimal instruction therefore allowing students to find the stillness and discipline in their own practice. Feel free to bring a journal and write down your experience before, during, or after your practice. There will be a brief introduction to the sequence before we begin the Yin practice. We will close with a sound bath of crystal bowls and meditation.
