Silent Vibe Sessions

Starting in December, join us weekly at 11:15 am Sundays for Silent Vibe Sessions with Jade!

Silent Vibe Sessions give you an opportunity to slow down, block out the rest of the world and immerse yourself in the moment. The "silent" means we wear headphones, but you are welcome to make noise or release vocally. During the session, you have freedom to do what you would like – dance, stretch, meditate, journal, gaze at the lake or anything else your heart desires! We welcome you to incorporate anything in your session that you would like to help express yourself, including scarves, hula hoops, wands, flow stars, etc.

Each session will have a different playlist, theme & intention. Sanitized headsets are provided. You can hear the guide and music, and control your own volume. The sessions are on a balcony overlooking Eagle Mountain Lake, so please dress appropriately according to weather, and we will have heated lamps. We have chairs on the balcony, but feel free to bring a mat, cushion, or anything else to be comfortable.
