This special Silent Reset experience begins with a 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐭 𝟐𝟔 class.
No music.
No conversation.
No distractions.
Just breath, movement, presence, and the opportunity to listen inward.
Following class, participants are invited to remain in silence for a 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐓𝐞𝐚 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 hosted by Carol Ibex. Together, we’ll share a handcrafted dream tea blend and settle into the quiet space that exists beneath the mind’s constant chatter.
