☀️ Summer Solstice Silent HikeCelebrate the longest day of the year with a mindful journey through nature as we honor light, growth, and renewal. As summer begins, experience the warmth of golden sunlight, flourishing trails, and the gentle hum of nature in full bloom. This peaceful journey encourages grounding, expansion, and gratitude while honoring the abundance of the season.
This is more than a hike - it's a guided journey into presence, connection, and calm. We'll begin our journey with gentle grounding, breathing, and mindful movement before setting out together in silence along the trail. Along the way, we will pause for brief mindful moments to deepen your awareness of nature, your body, and your breath...weaving in other mindfulness activities during more extended stops. We will close with optional sharing and connection with community!
