Get ready for our next Silent Disco Yoga beach session of 2026 – and celebrate the longest day of the year and also its International Yoga Day this weekend too! Join us back on Fistral Beach, the UK’s most iconic surf spot, for an unforgettable session of yoga, music, and connection.
The all levels vinyasa flow class with be accentuated by wearing headphones and immersing yourself into a musical journey as you practice – don’t worry, the headphones stay on! The class is taught by Jen from Oceanflow Yoga, using a microphone that you will also hear via the headphones and postures are sequenced to the varying rhythms of the music. A very immersive yoga experience! Beginners are welcome as there will be options offered for all.
The specialised headphones are pre-sterilised and are provided as part of the ticket price. You will be able to hear both the music and Jen’s melodic voice to guide you through the class
The class will be held at the beautiful Fistral Beach in Newquay - use TR7 1HY to find us. We will be towards the North/centre of the beach and look out for us by the big flags & colourful bunting. Private parking is available on site but often gets busy so often best to park away in the local council carparks and walk down to the beach. Please leave yourself plenty of time!
We will be keeping a close eye on the weather forecast leading up to the event. In case of bad weather, we will postpone the session & reschedule to the nearest date possible - you will be contacted to either transfer your ticket or be refunded.
