Join us as we kick off the holiday week with a one-of-a-kind Silent Disco Yoga & Pilates Class on the Lawn at The Plaza Coral Gables!

Led by @sofiaa.rodriguezz — our CPT and Certified Pilates Princesa, this 50-minute flow will be guided through immersive beats heard through headphones provided by us.

After class, keep the energy high with our Loud Disco After Party and enjoy one complimentary holiday cocktail on us!
