'OUT OF YOUR HEAD.' SILENT DISCO YOGA AND VISUALISATION AT BRISTOL CATHEDRAL, CHAPTER HOUSE FEB 19TH 7 30PM
Ignite your senses, feel energised, renewed and connect to your inner world in this beautifully lit experience celebrating the first stirrings of spring and the year of the horse.
With a beautifully curated soundtrack, played through headphones for a completely immersive experience, dream your desires into 2026 as we move, breath and dance together ending with a relaxing visualisation.
Simple cues will come to you through your headphones. All you need to do is relax and enjoy. Children over the age of 12 are welcome accompanied with an adult and this event is suitable for all abilities.
The Chapter House dates from around 1165. Come and bask in this beautiful sanctuary, the second oldest part of Bristol Cathedral.

ACCESSIBILITY
There is step-free access via the Cloister entrance of the Cathedral next to Chapter House. Anyone requiring accessible parking, let us know and we can organise a space in the Cathedral car park. There are accessible toilets in the Cathedral.
GENERAL PARKING
College Street Car Park BS1 5UU is the closest car park a short walk away at about £2.70 per hour. FYI Bristol centre has a clean air zone so check restrictions on your vehicle. It may be best to park further out and use public transport to travel in.
WHAT TO BRING
Yoga mat, water, anything warm and comfy you need for lying down: blanket/pillow.

Up to 7 days before the event. After this time you are welcome to gift your ticket to someone else if you can't make it. Just email me at [email protected] with the new name.
