The Wave Silent Disco is a transformational guided movement and musical journey, founded by Licensed Mental Health Clinician and Dance Movement Therapist, Julia Grace, designed to bring healing and tap into the sacred pulse of life - the present moment.

The Wave Silent disco, is more than just a dance party, it is a movement with a mission to end loneliness worldwide. A portion of the event proceeds supports ALMA, a non profit organization that addresses loneliness in senior citizens through movement, music, arts, and inter-generational connection!
