Well what can I say this is how to start your Saturday , shake off those morning cobwebs , we will meet at the sauna at 10 please arrive 5 mins before fir briefing on headset use ??with a wee 30 min Ibiza mellow set we will have a wee shimmy on the beach followed by a sea dip ( at your own decision ) followed by 45 sauna session at sea biscuit sauna , this event will be for 9 people so don’t miss out it’s slightly shorter than the evening ones so this event will be £20 not £25 , making it more accessible ?bring yersel , hopefully we can dance barefoot on the sand and really feel grounded , feel the earths ions charging us up ready fir the day ????
