It's back to the beach for 2023!!!

Anyone who came to any of our beach parties last year will know what is about to go down…. hundreds of people experiencing ecstatic levels of liberation!!!.. with the sea at your feet..

3 of the very finest silent disco golliaths , Ant D, DJ Phantom and very special guest ‘FATBOY TIM’ ( The UKs ONLY Dj tribute dj) will battle it out and provide you with enough music to whip you into a musical frenzy of biblical proportions.. as the sun sets at this glorious location.

SHOW UP… GLOW UP.. BLOW UP ..Fancy dress and anything glows is always welcome a our Silent discos.

Bring your e ticket evidence to collect headsets at the entrance.

The great western bar on the beach will be serving cool beers. No personal alcohol will be allowed in the event.

PLEASE NOTE. THERE WILL BE A £5 RETURNABLE DEPOSIT ON YOUR HEADSETS. YOU WILL RECEIVE THIS BACK WHEN YOU RETURN YOUR HEADSET.. SO BRING A FIVE POUND NOTE.

FAT BOY TIM - Fatboy Slim Tribute Dj, Norman Cook-A-Like, Fatboy Tim!!

INCREDIBLE is the only word to describe Tim - not only does he look like Norman, perform like Norman and generally misbehave on stage like Norman, but he is a totally world class DJ act in his own right, so close your eyes and the experience is still just as mind-blowing.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

* The following terms and conditions apply to all guests who purchase tickets to Silent Disco on the Beach, produced by Silent Disco Newquay .

* BOOKING

* Tickets bought online will be e-tickets, you will not be issued with a paper ticket. Please bring your confirmation email along to the event with you.

* The amount charged per ticket is made up of the admission and a booking fee and inclusive of vat.

* CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

* Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or returned and all ticket purchases are final. Silent Disco on the Beach does not provide refunds if the ticket holder is no longer able to attend for any reason (including Covid) or is refused entry due to not meeting the terms & conditions.

* If the event is cancelled or terminated by Silent Disco Newquay, guests will be entitled to reallocate the ticket to another Silent Disco on the Beach event of their choice at a later date.

* If the event is cancelled, Silent Disco Newquay will endeavour to contact all ticket holders as soon as is possible. The Facebook event will advise of the cancellation. Please check these sources of information frequently on the day of the event.

* WEATHER

* Silent Disco on the Beach is an all-weather event and will proceed in the event of bad weather such as rain. If we decide to cancel the event we will give reasonable notice, and tickets will be refunded or rolled over to another event. In the event of unexpected light rain or drizzle, Lightweight branded ponchos are available at £3 each.

* LIABILITY

* Silent Disco Newquay is not liable for any damage or loss you suffer at the event (including without limitation to personal injury or damage to or loss of property) save to the extent caused by the negligence of S.D.N or its staff. S.D.N liability in respect of loss or damage caused by its own negligence shall be limited to the price paid for entry to the event but for the avoidance of doubt this limit shall not apply to the Silent Disco Newquay liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the S.D.N or its staff.

AGE POLICY

* This particular event is over 18s.

ALCOHOL. Bring ID if you feel you may be challenged to prove your age, if you are challenged and cannot prove your age you will not be permitted into the event or will be told to leave. There will be no refund in this case also.

BEHAVIOUR

We reserve the right to expell any person who is deemed unfit (too drunk) to be wearing our Headsets, or is believed to be under age with alcohol. This also applies to anyone seen treating/throwing/abusing the headsets. They will also be banned from any future events. This desicion is made by management and/or Security staff.

HEADSETS

You must look after your headset. If you drop them on the sand or near the water you may lose your deposit and if further damage has occurred, there will be a £30 charge.
