Silence the noise of 2025 to enhance your Fire Horse glow in 2026About this Event
2025 has been a very noisy year. Let's take a break from the noise on this last day of the year. Before the fireworks begin, let's enjoy some peace and quiet. Let's take a step back from the outside noise & calm the noise inside us -- both in body and in mind. For this one day, let inner calm rule.
In this one-day workshop, we will do a little:
***Deep breathing **to replenish & counter the exhaustion we have been feeling.
***Writing/drawing/coloring **to explore our thoughts & desires.
*** Positive self-talk **to remind us that no matter how bad we feel about our mistakes, we do so much more good, which far outweighs the negative.
* **Meditative walking **to move with intention & patience, rather than inertia impatience.
***Awakening** of who we are (meant/want to be).
* **Self Lympatic Drainage** (over the clothes) to detox our body's detoxification system.
***Eating** of food that enriches us.
***Drinking** of Chakra-friendly herbal tea to warm our souls.
***Sound bath** to shake loose an remaining noise & reignite the fire within so that we shine bright in 2026.
2026 is the year of the Fire Horse in the Chinese Zodiac. That animal represents intensity, ambition, & leadership. For this workshop, let's embrace the Fire Horse inside all of us.
**Cost**: $91, payable also via Zelle, Venmo or Cash.
**Wear**: loose clothing; socks are OK
**Bring**: Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye pillow, tea/water bottle, journal & pen/crayons/marker (if you have them; we have some, too), a friend, your smile.
