A Yule log aka Buche De Noel is a popular holiday dessert that consisits of a chocolate sponge cake, homemade buttercream and meringue mushrooms and it is decorated to look like a log. Create your own individual Yule log in my hands on baking class. You will make all the components from scratch!

Annie's classes are hands on and everyone works individually. Why? The best way to learn is to do it yourself. You will create your own sweets and take home what you make in every class. You will also learn techniques to carry you beyond this class that will help builid your confidence and increaase your chances of success when you go and recreate these recipes on your own or apply the techniques to other baking recipes.

Pastry Chef, Ann LoParo, Aka Annie is so excited to be hosting a hands on pumpkin Yule log (Buche De Noel) baking class in Berea at her new location! Annie is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and has over 17 years professional baking experience as a Pastry Chef and over 7 1/2 years experience teaching students of all ages locally in Cleveland and internationally on zoom. Annie has taught over1500 classes to students as young as 3 and has had her classes featured in both Country Living Magazine and Parade Magazine.I am Ann LoParo, aka Annie and I have been a Pastry Chef for 19 years and I have been Teaching baking classes since 2018. I am excited to show you how to make, bake, flip, fill and roll a cake and decorate it will homemade meringue mushrooms in just a few easy steps at my baking school in Berea, Ohio!

I will go step by step through the process of making everything from start to finish and assembling this delicious yule log cake roll.! Everyone will work individually and take home what they make. These classes are limited to 10 people per class.
