Our communities are suffering under failed council leadership. We see it in the worsening homelessness crisis, the lack of affordable housing, overcrowded jails, and underfunded communities.

For years, Eunisses has led campaigns, coalitions, and commissions that have put a check on politicians and policies that perserve the status quo. She led efforts, such as Measure J and Car First, Jails Last, which have begun to drive hundreds of millions of dollars into expanding and creating access to community based services, housing, and support for young people in LA County. Alongside the community, she stopped LA County from building two new jails and investing instead in a Care First model to ensure no one is left behind.
