Gift yourself with some time to slow down and drop into a deeply nourishing space for your body, mind, and soul...Going deep with restorative yoga. Completely supported floor poses to nourish your soul and release patterns of tension and stress. The ambience of candlelight and essential oils. Optional reiki. Your favorite pillow and blanket.
A moment in time to allow the sacred sound waves and vibrations of a chau gong and Tibetan bowl wash over you, to lull you into an effortless meditation.

To fully enjoy this experience, please bring a yoga mat (I have extra if you don't have one), and your favorite pillow and blanket for the lying down portions of this event. Please plan on arriving early to fill out registration and release forms, if you have not previously done so. Doors will be locked and class will begin at the scheduled time. Please use the entrance at the back of the building.

Teisha Rafko, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP, RMT is a 500 hour yoga teacher, registered, certified and specializing in restorative yoga for almost 10 years, with additional certification in sound and wave resonance, and a certified Reiki Master Teacher.
