What if the body you have been trying to think your way out of is actually the most psychic part of you?
SIGNAL is a full-day, in-person retreat for the woman who already feels things — and has spent years either ignoring it or apologizing for it. This is not a meditation class. This is not a visualization workshop. Every exercise is interactive and begins in the body: movement, breath, touch, sound, and space. The day runs on six massage tables in rotating pairs — you'll never just sit and watch.
You will leave with a personal Psychic Body Map, a written Oracle Declaration, and — for many participants — a spoon you spoke to and bent with your own hands.
THE DAY — SIX PORTALS
Portal One — Arriving in the Body: You'll feel your own nervous system clearly, maybe for the first time — a steady, unmistakable yes and no living in your own chest.
Portal Two — Kinetic Intelligence: Your body will move toward something true before your mind has a chance to weigh in. This is the moment skeptics usually go quiet.
Portal Three — The Hands Know + The Spoon: You'll hold a spoon, build a real relationship with it, and feel it warm and soften in your hands. An advanced track is available for those ready to go further.
Portal Four — Voice, Field + Foil: You'll move a physical object with nothing but focused attention — no hands, no contact, no explanation that satisfies the analytical mind.
Portal Five — Reading the Room: You'll feel the room shift as one body, not twelve separate people — a kind of group knowing that's hard to describe and impossible to mistake once you've felt it.
Portal Six — Discharge, Discern + Declare: Extended this round for real integration. Your body gets to fully close, you'll write your own Oracle Declaration in your own words, and the group will witness each other's day out loud before anyone leaves the circle.
We close the day with twenty-five unhurried minutes of mingling and connection — no agenda, no exercises, just space to exchange numbers and let it all land before you walk back out into the world.

GIVING BACK — IDAHO JUSTICE PROJECT
$25 from every single ticket goes directly to the Idaho Justice Project — a Boise-based nonprofit working to reform Idaho's criminal justice system, with a specific focus on women. Idaho has the highest incarceration rate for women in the nation. 1 in 8 children in Idaho has lost a parent to incarceration.
The Peace Room — where SIGNAL is held — has a direct connection to this work. Board member Jenny is a Reiki Master who facilitates healing workshops for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated women in Idaho, both inside correctional facilities and in continued support at The Peace Room as women transition back into the community. You are developing your own freedom in the exact space where someone else's freedom is being supported too.
LOGISTICS
The Peace Room, Garden City, Boise, Idaho. Friday, August 29, 2025. Doors open 8:30 AM, retreat runs 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a full hour for a communal lunch and twenty-five minutes of closing connection time. The day runs on six massage tables in rotating pairs — twelve seats maximum, this room stays intentionally small.
