Sign up now! Family to Family Education Program offered by NAMI Contra CostaNAMI Family to Family is a free, 8-session educational program for family, significant others, and friends of adults living with mental illness. It is a designated evidence-based program. Research shows that the program significantly improves coping and problem-solving abilities of people closest to adults struggling with mental health conditions. The class is taught by NAMI-trained family members who have been there. It includes presentations and interactive exercises. Discussions and sharing will take place within class guidelines and time considerations.

6 pm to 8:30 pm
Tue & Thu for 4 weeks
This class is offered in hybrid format:
In-person classes will meet at: NAMI Contra Costa, and the rest of the classes will be conducted online.
In-person classes (6/9, 6/30, 7/2) will meet at: NAMI Contra Costa 2151 Salvio St, Ste V Concord, CA 94520
Zoom classes (6/11, 6/16, 6/18, 6/23, 6/25) will be conducted online
