Siete x Loro Collaboration: Backyard Asada Season

Loro Dallas and Loro Addison are teaming up with Austin-based Siete Foods for a limited-time menu celebrating backyard grilling traditions, featuring Siete’s new sourdough-style tortilla.

Menu Highlights:

Smoked Tri-Tip Taco ($5.50): Pastrami-brined smoked beef, Siete fajita and taco seasonings, cabbage slaw, jalapeño botana sauce on a gluten-free sourdough-style tortilla

Siete Dip Sampler ($12): Smoked shishito queso, Thai green salsa, and smoked salmon dip served with blue corn tortilla chips

Mango Chamoy Slushee ($11): Mango and passionfruit with Aperol, sake, and sparkling wine, finished with a chamoy and chile lime seasoning rim
