About Sandra J Payne: Sandra is an American writer, director, and producer. Sandra Payne was born in Fairbanks, Alaska, before moving to Sulawesi, Indonesia, with her family at the age of 12. At 14, she attended boarding school in Lech Am Arlberg, Austria, eventually moving to the Seattle, Washington, area to finish out high school and begin college. Sandra Payne graduated from Oklahoma State University, earning two undergraduate degrees (a B.S. in Management and a B.S. in Marketing). She later attended the University of North Texas, obtaining a Master’s Degree in English.
