Hosted by us! @sidearcstore AKA your neighbors at SideArc: Comics, Anime & Geek. If you haven't met us yet, hello! We’re the new kids on Lombard Street (haven't even been open a year yet!), a small geek shop with big love for North Portland!

This is the "SideArc: Geek Marketplace"event.

This event hopes to focus on what matters: the community (and obviously also our love for all geek type things - comics, games, tcg, manga, anime, all other geek fandoms!)

• 25+ Local Vendors: Incredible artists, creators, and geek-related small businesses from the Portland area.
• World-Class Voice Actors: Meet stars from Genshin Impact, Demon Slayer, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, Hunter X Hunter, and more! (Check the full lineup for details).

To make sure everyone has plenty of space to meet creators and shop, we are strictly limiting entry to 220 people per time slot. > (Note: This isn't the limit for the whole day—just for each specific entry window so we don't get overcrowded!)

We want to ensure the flow is great for everyone,giving you plenty of space to meet our voice actors, chat with local artists, and shop the booths without the shoulder-to-shoulder crowds. Don't wait, once a time slot hits its limit, it’s gone! --------

The event will be happening at a locally owned family run avenue in St. Johns!

We believe that participating in the things that give you joy shouldn't cost a crazy amount of money! :)

On our end, tickets will always be $9 or less (depending on your time slot). To celebrate the launch of our event, the most expensive tickets are just $7 for our early supporters!

Please note that Eventbrite adds its own service fees on top of our price for things like tech and security. We don't see a cent of those fees, they go directly to the platform, but Eventbrite will show you the total 'all-in' price before you check out so there are no surprises!

To ensure a comfortable and immersive experience for all guests, we utilize a museum-style entry system. This helps us manage capacity and prevent overcrowding and create the best experience for everyone!

• Timed Entry: Your ticket is valid for entry only during the specific time slot listed.
• Stay as Long as You Like: Once inside, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the event for as long as you wish until closing.
• So TLDR: You can stay for hours if you want, but please only come during the ticket time that you bought! It helps us create the best experience we can for you! :)

• No Panels: For the 1st year, we want to keep it simple! We’re skipping the stages &the schedules to keep the energy focused on the floor. We want you talking to the artists, supporting the vendors, meeting the voice actors & connecting with each other face-to-face. No distractions, just the market!
• Cosplay: Allowed and encouraged! Strictly NO WEAPONS (including foam/prop weapons).
• Payment: Los Prados has no ATM. Some vendors may be cash-only (it is up to them!) We recommend grabbing cash before.
• Location: Held at Los Prados Venue, not our physical shop!

At SideArc, we are families, neighbors, and fans ourselves. We’re building the SideArc: Geek Marketplace to be a high-energy safe haven for the North Portland community. Because we expect so many families and "mini geeks" to be in attendance, we maintain a strict Family-First environment. To ensure every guest—from toddlers to our vendors to our guest to our featured voice actors—feels extra, extra safe and 100% accepted, we enforce the following Zero Tolerance Policy:

• A Strictly Weapon-Free Zone: We mean it—absolutely NO WEAPONS of any kind are permitted inside the venue. This includes foam, plastic, 3D-printed, or "prop" weapons. If it even looks like a weapon, please leave it at home. We want our youngest fans to explore the floor without a single worry.
• Kindness is the Rule: We have zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior. Whether it’s toward a vendor, a staff member, or a fellow fan, any behavior that makes our community feel unwelcome will result in immediate removal without a refund.
• Respect the St. Johns Neighborhood: We are proud to be at the historic Los Prados. Please help us stay a "good neighbor" by keeping the noise inside, disposing of trash properly, and being mindful of local driveways.
• A Shared Responsibility: By entering, you’re joining the SideArc family. We reserve the right to remove anyone who disrupts the safe, positive energy of our marketplace.
