Side by Side is back! Join us under the fig tree at Picabar on Sunday 3 November to raise funds for Starick's work supporting women and children escaping family and domestic violence. We're excited to have a line-up of great local DJs soundtracking the day, delicious food from Hunter Bread, and drinks from Artisan, Beerfarm, Shelter Brewing Co and more.
You'll also be able to peruse Starick's pop-up op-shop, enjoy face painting for a gold coin donation, and buy tickets to the legendary Side by Side raffle featuring an array of amazing prizes donated by local businesses.
Last year we raised over $30,000 for women and children escaping family and domestic violence. We’re going bigger and better this year, and we hope to see you there. Entry is free and you can show your support by making a donation or buying a raffle ticket. All profits go right back towards Starick’s services, which includes two refuges, counselling for women and children, transitional housing, and much more.
This fundraiser is held in partnership with Picabar and Perfect Strangers, and made possible with support from City of Perth and a raft of local businesses and community members donating their time, expertise and products to support Starick.
