Sick Tamburo is one of Italy’s most distinctive alternative rock bands, founded by Elisabetta Imelio and Gian Maria Accusani, former members of the iconic Prozac+. Since their debut in 2009, the band has built a unique musical identity, blending powerful guitars, driving rhythms, electronic textures and emotionally charged lyrics into an unmistakable sound.

Over the years, Sick Tamburo has released a series of critically acclaimed albums, including Sick Tamburo, A.I.U.T.O., Senza vergogna, Un giorno nuovo, Paura e l’amore, Back to the Roots (Forse è l’amore) and Non credere a nessuno. Their songs explore themes of love, vulnerability, resilience and human fragility with honesty and intensity, creating a deep connection with audiences.

Following the passing of co-founder Elisabetta Imelio in 2020, Gian Maria Accusani chose to carry the project forward, honoring its artistic vision while opening a new chapter for the band. Today, Sick Tamburo continues to deliver powerful live performances, where explosive energy meets emotional depth in a show that moves seamlessly between intimate moments and electrifying rock anthems.

After an extensive tour of Non credere a nessuno, the band released the singles Ho perso i sogni and Silvia corre sola, the first previews of a brand-new album released in early 2026. Their live set features both beloved classics and new material, offering audiences an intense and unforgettable concert experience that celebrates nearly two decades of uncompromising Italian alternative rock.
