Tervetuloa kansainväliseen vinttikoirien ratakokeeseen Helsinkiin keskiviikkona 6.8.2025! Koe järjestetään samalla viikolla maailmanvoittajanäyttelyn kanssa.
Welcome to International CACIL racing to Helsinki, Finland, on Wednesday the 6th of August 2025! The race will be held on the same week with the World Dog Show in Helsinki.
More information of entries to follow. Entry will open on 1 July 2025.
Participation under FCI regulations with FCI-CACIL-award. Dogs of the same breed compete together regardless of the type of license.
FCI-Winner Achievements: The fastest dog of the breed with an FCI-CACIL-license is awarded the FCI-CACIL-Winner achievement. The fastest dog of the breed with an FCI-Open-class-license is awarded the FCI-Open class-Winner achievement.
Mode of progress: 2-heats race.
Distances: Italian sighthound, whippet, cirneco dell’etna 350 meters, other breeds 480 meters.
Method of separation per breed: Speed groups. The dogs are divided into 1 to 5 groups depending on the number of participating dogs.
Gender separation: For all breeds. Dogs are separated per gender when there are at least 3 female and 3 male participating dogs in a breed’s group.
Starting boxes are selected in the order of the jacket colour (red selects first, blue selects second, etc.).
Lure system: Endless rail. Slightly banked bench.
Breed championship for cirneco dell’etna and italian sighthounds. Separate championship rules will be applied. Italian sighthounds participating in breed championships must have an official measurement.
