the therapeutic and transformative power of
Shakti - the "dance of yoga" - a unique mix of yoga, somatic movement and meditation to a soulful ‘world music’ soundscape (1hr 15 mins)
Followed by
An extended Soundbath with reiki healing - where you can absorb the benefits of the healing vibrations (1hr 15 mins)
This in-person event in the beautiful and spacious St Peter's Church Hall, N21 (close to Grange Park Station), is the perfect opportunity to tune into your physical and emotional energies, as we move and dance our way through the chakras before a beautiful meditation and deep relaxation during the soundbath.
This is an event open to everyone, providing a welcoming space for all.
This event blends:
? Yoga movement, mudras and pranayama - to ground and warm up our bodies and breath and create freedom to flow ?
? Soulful steps - both guided steps and some 'free' dance, to lift our spirits and spark our inner passion and strength ?️
