Siba Presents Zipper & Stitch 2025

Fashion is returning to Washington Avenue in a way that honors the past while celebrating the future. On Thursday, October 9, 2025, the block between 15th and 16th Streets will transform into the runway for Zipper & Stitch 2025, a one-night event presented by (Stevens – The Institute of Business & Arts).

Siba has been part of the downtown community for over 15 years and is the only college in the Garment District with a Fashion Development & Merchandising program. Hosting Zipper & Stitch allows Siba to honor the district’s history while showcasing the designers, students, and emerging talent shaping what comes next.

Run of Show:

• 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM | VIP Pre-Show Mixer & Open House at Siba (1521 Washington Ave)
• 5:30 PM | Guest Check-in Opens
• 6:30 PM | Runway Show Begins

Guests can expect:

• A curated runway show featuring established designers, emerging voices, and student collaborations (with more designers to be announced)
• A VIP Pre-Show Mixer and open house at Siba’s campus
• Mannequin installations displayed along Washington Avenue
• An evening that celebrates fashion’s return to the Garment District and highlights its role in St. Louis’ creative future
