Let's kick off SHS Homecoming weekend with a tailgate party! We invite all students, parents, alums, friends, supporters, grandparents to join us for a pre-game tailgate and enjoy a wide variety of food options available to purchase from SHS Clubs and Sports teams. Plus, all proceeds will directly benefit the participating groups! After eating your fill, be sure to stay for the SHS vs. Jacksonville football game, plus we will be announcing the Homecoming Court!
5-6:30 p.m. Tailgate Party
6:30-7 p.m. Pep Band and cheerleaders
7 p.m. SHS vs Jacksonville football game
Halftime: Homecoming Court introduction, marching band show, and Scarlet Line performance.
This event is open to the community. Cash only accepted at the tailgate. A full list of available food options will be posted closer to the event. The tailgate will take place in the Lanphier student parking lot on the corner of 11th and Converse, just northwest of Memorial Stadium. Inside Memorial Stadium, the Boosters will also be selling apparel (cash, check, or credit card) and 50/50 tickets (cash only).
